The design is anchored by a timeless and tactile material palette of limestone brick and coral stone, selected to reflect the natural tones of the surrounding landscape. These materials are paired with warm timber flooring, soft neutral finishes and refined detailing to create a calm, layered interior environment. At the heart of the home, a central open-air courtyard introduces natural light and ventilation deep into the floorplan, establishing a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The ground level has been carefully planned to support both everyday living and large-scale entertaining. A series of interconnected spaces, including formal dining, kitchen, living and alfresco areas, flow seamlessly toward the harbour frontage. Large-format glazing and concealed sliding doors dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing the home to open entirely to its surroundings.
